Domestic calls
All incoming calls are FREE, regardless of where they originate.
All domestic calls to fixed lines and mobiles within Australia are charged at 0.30 AUD per minute (approx. US$0.27).
Text messages are 0.15 AUD (approx. US$0.12) per message. MMS Messages are just 0.75 AUD (approx. US$0.72) per message.
International calls
International rates are per minute for outgoing calls while in Australia.

International text messages are charged at the domestic rate of just 0.20 AUD (approx. US$0.19).
A connection fee may apply to some international and special numbers.
Your Australia SIM card will provide you with a Australia mobile phone number, which can be found on a sticker on your SIM card. The number will start with 04.
To activate your service:
* You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the SIM card into your international mobile phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your mobile phone.
How to make a call
To make an international call from your Australian mobile phone, dial 00 (0r +) followed by the country code (1 for the US), area code and phone number.
How family and friends call you
Family and friends need to dial the international prefix, the country code 61 and your mobile phone number, omitting the leading 0 (zero)
For example, when calling from Australia, callers just need to dial 011 61 and then
your mobile phone number.
To add credit to your Australian SIM card, you will need to purchase recharge vouchers from convenience stores, petrol stations and authorized dealers in Australia.

Do not purchase another Australia SIM card when your credit is depleted! You only need a recharge voucher!
Customer service for your Australia SIM can be reached by dialing 887 from your mobile phone 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Calls to Customer Care are charged at a rate of 0.50 AUD (approx. US$0.47) per minute + 1.50 AUD (approx. US$1.43) connection fee. You may also contact customer support by calling 0410 000 887 from a landline phone.
Airtime for your Australia Service is valid for 180 days after activation.
Recharge credits are available in denominations of $15, $20, $30, $50 and $100.
If your balance falls to zero, a 30-day grace period applies. During this period you can only receive calls or recharge. Failure to recharge within 30 days will result in an irrevocable termination of your account.
