Fair Go Policy

The Fair Go Policy applies to all promotions and services and may extend to future promotions and services as determined by ekit from time to time. The policy allows ekit to request that users who unreasonably use a promotion or service reduce or limit their use, or cease using a promotion or service.

Unreasonable use includes: non-ordinary use; excessive use (such as auto dialling, auto re-routing of calls, bulk SMS, peer-to-peer usage, torrent-ing and extended media streaming); use that compromises ekitís (or a supplierís) network performance or integrity, or causes significant network congestion; and use that affects other customers or involves any unlawful activity.

If a customer unreasonably uses a promotion or service, ekit may:

  1. first advise the customer that the use is unreasonable and request the customer to reduce or limit the use; and
  2. if the unreasonable use continues, suspend or cancel a customerís access
