Dear Valued Customer,

Why are we writing to you?

We are writing to inform you that JT will be closing down its eKit Travel SIM and Phonecard businesses.

The past eight months have taken an unprecedented toll on the whole travel industry, and with the outlook for 2021 not looking any better, we have made the difficult decision to cease operations.

What happens now?

Your International SIM will provide global data, calling and SMS or your Phonecard will provide calling as they always have until 30th June 2021. After this date, the Phonecard or SIM, and any remaining balances will no longer be available. We recommend that you use up any active credits by June 30th, 2021 as balances are non-refundable. Adding further top-ups or credit card charges will be unavailable from 31st January 2021, or from April 1st, 2021 if you bought your SIM at a selected US airport.

Please be assured that our network will operate at full capacity and our customer service team will be available for support until 30th June 2021.
